With feta cheese, shallots, fresh radish & balsamic dressing

 Aromatic smoked duck

kum kwat marmalade and a home grown garden herb salad (£1 supplement)

 British Chicken Breast

Slow poached with early summer vegetables and tahini dressing

Halloumi Salad

Served warm with cashew nuts, potatoes, English asparagus and star anise & Satsuma plum dressing

 Cornish sardines

Served with a celeriac and Dijon mustard remoulade and picked watercress



Mains


Prime Heard Beef Rump

 With marsh samphire, wild mushrooms, chunky chips & red wine jus (£2.50 supplement)

Posh fish and chips

North Atlantic beer battered cod, served with chunky chips, homemade mushy peas and tartar sauce

 Hampshire lamb

Dry rubbed shoulder, with pea and mint mash, purple sprouting broccoli & red wine jus (£2 supplement)

 Poached Scottish Salmon

With young fennel, tarragon and goat's cheese fondue

 Baked Summer Peppers

With cous cous, broad beans, basil pesto, olive tapenade & toasted pine nuts

 Yellow Fin Tuna Loin

Pan seared with a chilled cucumber and horseradish gazpacho, crab salad and English radish

 Bally Oak Brie Tartlet

Brie and slow braised caponata tart with new season Jersey Royals and Pesto
