William & Nik had a very simple idea back in 2002. They knew that if they gave their customers the best wines at really good prices then customers would want to come back.
They always sourced their wines from small, independent specialists who, on average have 25 to 30 years worth of wine expertise. Over the last 7 years they have taught us that finding great wine can be done, but requires hard work and dedication.
It is this dedication that is reflected in this list, since it has been created by the different talents of the specialists, our own wine buyer as well as the exacting demands of the owners themselves.
Every wine on this list has therefore been carefully chosen, hand picked and yes, each one tested for taste, colour, fruit and body.
