My name is William Lyons, I'm the owner of The Monro & The James Monro, this is the toughest job I've ever had, and maybe I'm just not that good at it. Our restaurants are independent, run by a group of very individual people who make "the team". In truth they do really well but sometimes they don't, sometimes I don't either. The beauty of this is our "human-ness". Twitter (see link at the bottom of the page) records this by allowing me to fire off a short message from work or on the move. It has no purpose apart from allowing people to see beyond the veneer of impressive food photography and well written paragraphs.
