Smoked Supreme of Chicken wrapped in Streaky Bacon served on a bed of mixed Pulses, finished with Sour Cream

Pan fried Sea Bream served on a crunchy Fennel and Beetroot salad, topped with Anchovie and Dill Mayonnaise

North Atlantic Halibut steak served on a broth of Cornish Mussels with fresh Coriander and Chilli
